BeTaller grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
You may not:
The app and all intellectual property rights therein remain the property of BeTaller. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty. Height predictions and growth analysis are estimates based on statistical models and should not be considered medical advice.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the app.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
